By the sea in Cambria

Yesterday we ventured up the coast from LA (via Malibu, where we had coffee and saw no-one famous, but did see siliconed blond bimbo's!) to a quaint seaside town called Cambria, which is half-way between LA and SFO. It was nice to get out and go for a nice walk on the boardwalk along the beach and stretch the legs after a few hours in the car.

We stayed at the Little Sur Inn, where we had an oceanfront room (very nice) and I was fascinated by the little Squirrels that inhabit the beach here and seem to have no real fear of humans!!
